Be in Control is a financial literacy awareness campaign for college students that struggle with monetary decisions or have no knowledge of the subject. This project is made to encourage students to develop self-determination skills in the learning of personal finance. As well, as the importance, it has on their daily lives and future financial decisions.






The insufficient knowledge of financial literacy is not because of the lack of information but the absence of motivation towards students. That's why the main challenge was to think outside of the box and not go for a generic product or service that already exists. The campaign is ideally made to cause an effect or a call for action.Some of the struggles were to create outstanding ideas for streamers that will attract the attention of students.
The design portrays the usage of organic lines towards the "subjects" of the campaign to emphasize the thoughts and struggles a student faces when having financial stress.
The logo "Be in Control" is using the "ctrl" key as a way of connecting technology and younger generations to learn more with only one click (referring to a simple search to find more information).
The slogan is "Be in control now, set up for success in your future."
As a result, there were implemented interactive screens, as well as motion graphic ads for more connection to the user.
